"This is the most southern permanent lifeguard tower at San Elijo State Beach. I named it after the reflection of the tower in the wet sand. A long time ago this used to be tower 7. The old lifeguard headquarters can be seen on the cliff behind and just above the tower. The very day I took this shot a large portion of the bluff collapsed, which prompted the permanent closure of the old headquarters."
